Via Romaza

This project was designed to transform a noisy outdoor space near a busy road into a peaceful, functional retreat with an organic contemporary style. To create a more comfortable and inviting environment, we designed and built a full California room featuring an enclosed patio cover, a cozy fireplace, and a full outdoor kitchen.

We also installed new pavers to define the outdoor living areas and added a putting green for a fun, low-maintenance recreational feature. Fresh landscaping was incorporated throughout the space to soften the hardscape, add natural beauty, and tie the entire design together.

The finished space now offers a beautiful balance of structure, comfort, and greenery — turning an everyday backyard into a private escape that feels intentional, stylish, and easy to enjoy.
