Our Process
Working with IEE Designs is a guided, full-service experience, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. You can expect a collaborative process, strong communication, craftsmanship, and an outdoor space built around the way you live.
1. Consultation & Vision
We start with a site visit to understand your goals, style, budget, and how you want to use your outdoor space. We’ll discuss possibilities and offer initial ideas based on your property.
2. Design & Planning
We create a tailored design that fits your lifestyle, including layout, materials, and key features 5 (hardscape, planting, lighting, outdoor living elements, etc.). If needed, we coordinate surveys, engineering, and permitting.
3. Clear Proposal & Timeline
You receive a detailed proposal outlining scope, materials, and a project schedule. We review everything with you so expectations are clear before work begins.
4. Construction & Project Management
Our team manages the job site, scheduling, and quality control. You’ll receive consistent communication and updates throughout the build, and we address questions quickly so there are no surprises.
5. Final Details & Walkthrough
We complete finishing touches, review the project with you, and create a punch list if needed. We make sure everything is clean, functional, and ready for you to enjoy.
